The Budget & CIP Committee is a standing advisory committee, providing recommendations to the Mayor, Council and Town staff for proposed general fund, enterprise fund, and capital improvement projects (CIP) budgets. The Committee reviews the Town budgets for inefficiencies, cost savings, and service prioritization each fiscal year.
