The Treasurer’s Office provides fund disbursement and asset management services and is responsible for the continued good fiscal management of the Town. Primary functions of this office include:

  • Preparing and monitoring annual operating and capital budgets for General and Enterprise funds
  • Preparing grant applications and monitoring associated funds
  • Collecting and recording revenue funds from all sources
  • Aiding preparation of annual third-party audit by providing financial reporting information
  • Monitoring Town’s bank accounts and outstanding bonds
  • Processing accounts payable
  • Processing new employee information, payroll, and employee related tax payments
