Myersville Board of Zoning Appeals Public Notice

   

Notice is hereby given that the Myersville Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, beginning at the hour of 7:00 pm at Myersville Town Hall. The applicant requests a variance of 4’ from the side yard setback of 8’ for a proposed deck at 15 Main Street, within the Village Center (VC) district. The subject property is 0.33 acres, more or less, and situated on the east side of Main Street, approximately 375’ south of the intersection of Main Street and Cedar Street.

 

Copies of the application and case materials are available at the Myersville Town Hall for public inspection. Following testimony delivered by the applicants, all citizens wishing to be heard will be recognized at this hearing. The Board of Zoning Appeals reserves the right to limit the time for individual comments. Any person desiring a stenographic transcript shall be responsible for supplying a competent stenographer.
