Yard Waste Collection

Curbside collection for residential yard waste is provided by J & J Trash Service, Inc every Friday between April and November. Yard waste should be placed in biodegradable brown bags, available for purchase at most hardware or home improvement retailers, before 5:00 AM on Friday mornings. The Town asks that residents avoid leaving these bags at the curb for extended periods of time when rain is anticipated.

Yard waste should NOT include:

• Garbage
• Recyclables
• Construction debris, including scrap lumber
• Branches and limbs that are larger than 3" in diameter or longer than 3' in length

Branches and limbs that are no larger than 6" in diameter and no longer than 8' in length may be disposed of at the Reichs Ford Road Yard Waste Recycling Site.
